STEP 1: CONTACT US
Call (512) 645-1155 or fill out our online form to schedule your complimentary site visit. We are happy to speak with you about any questions or concerns you may have. This is FREE and we are more than happy to explain how our process works in depth.​

STEP 2: FREE ON-SITE VISIT
​
Schedule a consultation date that works best for you. One of our team members will come to your location to measure the desired area for your new pod. We will mark the location of the pod to help you visualize the size and layout.

STEP 3: REVIEW OPTIONS
​
After measuring, we will go over the pricing, process, install plan, design options, schedule, and installation date.

STEP 4: DEPOSIT
​
1st Payment: For reservations, we ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit.
2nd Payment: 30 days prior to installation start date a 50% deposit is due.

STEP 5: INSTALLATION
​
Our professional installers construct your pod, hook up your HV/AC, electric and paint it in just four weeks. We also arrange for the electrical permit review if required.

STEP 6: FINAL WALK THROUGH AND PAYMENT
​
You and a team member will review your new pod both inside and out - The remaining balance is due at at completion - We are the industry leaders and we promise our commitment to absolute excellence in delivering the pod of your dreams.
